Jason Adams
With 14 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, including residential construction, remodels, and commercial builds, Jason specializes in foundation inspections, particularly in the challenging clay soils of Texas.
His expertise extends to effective drainage and water management solutions, ensuring long-term structural integrity in demanding environments. He brings a deep understanding of expansive Texas soil behavior and building codes, delivering quality-driven results across a range of projects.

Chunhui Song, P.E.
Chunhui Song is a licensed Professional Engineer and co-founder of SPS Engineering with over 10 years of experience in structural design, analysis, and inspections. He holds a Master’s in Structural Engineering from Iowa State University and is licensed in TX, FL, and CO.
Chunhui has led projects across residential, commercial, and telecom sectors, with expertise in foundation systems, structural evaluations, and code-compliant designs. He has managed engineering teams, delivered custom solutions for complex site conditions, and contributed to the development of technical standards.
At SPS Engineering, he is dedicated to providing efficient, practical, and reliable structural solutions to clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Keyvan Ramin, Ph.D., P.E.
Keyvan Ramin, PE is a licensed Structural & Civil Engineer with 18+ years of expertise in high-rise design, forensic engineering, geotechnical analysis, and seismic retrofitting. His specialization includes vertical and lateral load design for concrete, steel, and masonry structures in large-scale projects, along with structural failure investigations and remediation strategies.

With a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering, his research focuses on progressive collapse prevention and innovative structural solutions. Proficient in advanced engineering software, industry codes, and standards. Keyvan bridges cutting-edge research with real-world engineering applications.
